Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Syntra website and services. By accessing our website or engaging Syntra to build or manage an AI receptionist, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Syntra provides AI powered receptionist services for businesses, including automated messaging, appointment booking, and lead capture. The specific scope of services is defined in the signed proposal or statement of work provided to each client.
2. Account and Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided as part of the service. You agree not to share access with unauthorized parties and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing, setup fees, and monthly management fees are outlined in your signed service agreement. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension after written notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information (services, hours, pricing, FAQs) needed to train the AI. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI responses during the onboarding period and flagging any inaccuracies. Syntra is not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
The AI models, software, and systems used to deliver our services remain the intellectual property of Syntra. Clients retain full ownership of their business data, conversation logs, and customer information processed through our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Syntra provides AI services on a best effort basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Syntra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Syntra will provide the client with an export of their data and cease all AI operations within five business days. Any outstanding fees remain due.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. For active clients, material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings in the courts of Doha, Qatar.
